ACORNS HOUSE GROUP

“Grow, Branch out, Sow seeds”

Acorns House group meets each Monday evening at 19.45 in a member’s home.  We follow biblically based studies, sometimes with a video or DVD, and pray together.  We always end with coffee and biscuits and a chat!  The aim of the group is to support, build up and encourage one another in our Christian faith in a relaxed and friendly environment.

We want to GROW in our knowledge of Jesus, BRANCH OUT to help others in our church and community, and SOW SEEDS of God’s love in the lives of those we meet.

Why are we called Acorns?  Well, we want to be mighty oak trees for God, and where do oak trees come from?  Acorns!
